**Job Title** Real Estate Broker / Property Consultant Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type Full-Time Reports To Sales Manager / Brokerage Director **Job Summary** We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing brokerage team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced real estate professionals who are passionate about property sales, have strong negotiation skills, and are eager to build a successful career in Dubai's dynamic real estate market. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation. * Manage and qualify company-generated leads. * Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors. * Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options based on client requirements. * Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and property values. * Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. * Coordinate the complete sales and leasing process from inquiry to closing. * Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies. * Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets. * Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. * Attend property launches, networking events, exhibitions, and developer presentations. * Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new projects, and regulations. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree is preferred. * RERA Broker Card is an advantage. * UAE Driving License is preferred. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage (preferred). * Freshers with strong sales experience and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. **Skills & Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and closing abilities. * Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach. * Self-motivated and target-driven. * Ability to work independently and within a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, French, Chinese, or German are a strong advantage. **What We Offer** * Attractive commission structure with unlimited earning potential. * Company-generated leads. * Access to premium property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.). * CRM system and marketing support. * Visa and Medical Insurance. * RERA training and professional development. * Ongoing sales coaching and mentorship. * Career growth opportunities within the company. * Modern office environment in Dubai. * Administrative and transaction support. * Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Monthly sales/leasing transactions. * Revenue generated. * Lead conversion rate. * Client satisfaction. * Number of new listings secured. * CRM activity and follow-up compliance.
