Sales Executive

Location: Baghdad, Iraq About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, presenting the company's services, closing deals, and achieving the assigned personal monthly sales target. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and work effectively both in-office and in the field. Key Responsibilities Achieve the assigned personal monthly sales target and close deals. Identify and approach potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Communicate with prospective clients and present the company's services and packages. Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients. Conduct field visits when required. Negotiate with clients and close sales. Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales process until the deal is closed. Maintain and regularly update the client and sales database. Record client interactions, meetings, follow-ups, and sales opportunities. Track the progress of leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline. Coordinate with the relevant internal teams after closing a deal to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. Prepare regular sales and performance reports. Requirements Previous experience in Sales or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Proven ability to acquire new clients and close deals. Ability to work toward and achieve sales targets. Proactive personality with strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work both in-office and in the field. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain and update customer and sales data. Must be based in Baghdad, Iraq. Work StructureThis is a combination of Indoor and Field Sales, with direct responsibility for personal sales performance, client acquisition, and closing deals. Reporting to: CEO
