We are committed to providing exceptional investment opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service to clients worldwide. **Job Summary** We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property consultations, and closing property sales while achieving monthly sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Contact and qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources. * Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable properties. * Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors. * Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline. * Update all client interactions and activities in the CRM system. * Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process until closing. * Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, project launches, and developer offerings. * Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and company events. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processing. * Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree is preferred. * Previous experience in real estate sales or a sales-related role is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and closing abilities. * Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is preferred. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage. **Key Skills** * Sales & Negotiation * Lead Management * Client Relationship Management * Communication & Presentation * Time Management * Problem Solving * CRM Management * Market Knowledge * Customer Service **What We Offer** * Competitive Salary + Attractive Commission Structure * Qualified Leads * Ongoing Sales & Product Training * Career Growth Opportunities * Employment Visa * Medical Insurance * Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law * Supportive and Professional Work Environment **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Monthly Sales Target Achievement * Lead Response Time * Follow-up Compliance * Client Meeting & Property Viewing Conversion Rate * CRM Update Accuracy * Customer Satisfaction * Revenue Generated Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
