Job Title: Sales Manager – Bus Spare Parts **Location:** UAE Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our bus spare parts sales division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key customer accounts, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets across the UAE. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. * Lead and supervise the sales team. * Identify new business opportunities with transport companies, workshops, fleet operators, and government organizations. * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts. * Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. * Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure stock availability. * Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. * Manage customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction. * Conduct regular customer visits across the UAE. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in bus or commercial vehicle spare parts sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. * Strong knowledge of genuine and aftermarket bus spare parts. * Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. * Experience using ERP/CRM systems. * Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
