Role Description The Salesperson (مندوب مبيعات) role at Sahel Albaylsan is a full-time, on-site position based in Baghdad. The Salesperson is responsible for visiting retail outlets and clients, presenting beauty and personal care products, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, following up on orders and deliveries, maintaining accurate records of visits and sales, and providing product information and support to clients. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure effective promotions and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Customer relationship and communication skills, including active listening and clear product presentation. Basic organizational and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail in tracking visits, orders, and follow-ups. Knowledge or interest in beauty and personal care products, and willingness to learn technical product details. Ability to work on-site in Baghdad, including field visits to clients and retail points. High level of integrity, professionalism, and service-oriented attitude. Previous experience in sales or field marketing is preferred, especially in FMCG or beauty sectors. High school diploma or higher; relevant training in sales or marketing is an advantage.
