Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Erbil Governorate, Iraq. The Salesperson will proactively identify and engage prospective clients, present printing and production solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and coordinating closely with production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. The role also involves understanding client requirements in detail, advising on suitable printing options and materials, and providing after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction. The Salesperson is expected to meet sales targets, maintain organized records of client interactions, and contribute insights to improve services and expand the customer base. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing deals in a B2B environment. Customer relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, present solutions clearly, and provide responsive after-sales support. Basic technical understanding of printing processes, materials, and production workflows, or the willingness to learn quickly in a print industry setting. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate sales and customer records. Ability to work on-site in Erbil Governorate, Iraq, collaborate effectively with production and design teams, and contribute positively to a team-oriented culture. Prior experience in printing, advertising, or related industries is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in applicable office and CRM software, with strong numerical skills for preparing quotations and tracking sales performance.
