Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer proficient in the RILT Stack with proven experience in building Admin Dashboards & Control Panels , and who leverages AI tools to build high-performance web applications efficiently. Requirements: · Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). · Domain Experience: Proven track record of developing functional, intuitive, and data-dense Admin Dashboards / Control Panels . · RILT Tech Stack: o Laravel (PHP): Deep experience with Laravel backend logic, ORM, and application architecture. o Inertia.js: Solid understanding of building seamless SPAs using server-side routing without separate API layers. o React.js: Strong mastery of modern React (Hooks, Component Lifecycle, State Management). o Tailwind CSS: Proficiency in building responsive and modern UIs using utility-first CSS. · Databases: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL (schema design, indexing, and query optimization). · Version Control: Strong expertise in Git workflows (branching, PR reviews, resolving merge conflicts). · AI-Assisted Workflow: o Active usage of AI models ( ChatGPT , Claude ) to accelerate development and debugging. o Practical experience with AI specification and workflow tools like Spec Kit . Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain full-stack applications and administrative dashboards using the RILT stack architecture. · Design and optimize database schemas across PostgreSQL and MySQL environments. · Integrate AI-driven workflows to enhance code quality, generation, and technical documentation.
