**Senior Foreman – Civil, MEP & Fit-Out WorksJob Summary** We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Senior Foreman** to supervise and coordinate **Civil, MEP, and Interior Fit-Out works** for commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of construction activities, and the ability to ensure that works are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for Civil, MEP, and Interior Fit-Out works. * Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure efficient workflow. * Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings. * Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved method statements, project specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor project progress and report daily site activities to the Project Engineer/Site Manager. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues. * Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets project requirements. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and maintain a safe working environment. * Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the work area. * Assist in material planning, receiving, and monitoring to avoid delays. * Ensure works are completed within the project schedule and budget. Requirements * Minimum **5–10 years** of experience as a Foreman/Senior Foreman in Civil, MEP, and Interior Fit-Out projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and installation practices. * Ability to read and understand construction and MEP drawings. * Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors. * Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations is preferred. * Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications * Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field. * Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. * Strong organizational and team management skills Work Location: In person
