Talent Acquisition Specialist -Interior Fiout

**Job Summary** * We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process while working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. * Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukrigulf, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates. * Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication. * Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring. * Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring KPIs. * Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of UAE recruitment experience. * Experience recruiting white-collar professionals across technical and corporate functions. * Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals. * Knowledge of ATS and Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. **Roles to Recruit** * HR & Administration * Finance & Accounts * Procurement * Sales & Business Development * Project Management * Design & Engineering * Commercial & Quantity Surveying * Operations & Support Functions **Preferred Industry** * Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Engineering, or MEP.
