Technical Support Engineer

**IMPORTANT: DO NOT APPLY, if you have IT Background. - Your CV will be rejected immediately.** We are looking for an experienced **Technical Support Engineer** with a strong background in **construction machinery**, particularly Aerial Work Platforms (MEWPs), forklifts, telehandlers, or similar heavy equipment. Requirements * Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in technical support for construction machinery. * Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Experience in fault diagnosis and technical troubleshooting. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. * Experience providing technical support to field service engineers. * Familiarity with machine diagnostics, calibration, and controller programming is an advantage. * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). * UAE driving licence is preferred. Responsibilities * Provide technical support to service technicians for machine breakdowns and repairs. * Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults. * Coordinate with OEMs for technical issues and warranty support. * Prepare technical reports and repair recommendations. * Assist in machine commissioning, calibration, and software updates. * Support spare parts identification and technical documentation. * Maintain high standards of safety and technical quality. **Preferred Experience** * Haulotte * Genie * JLG * Skyjack * Snorkel * Niftylift * Teupen * Zoomlion * Forklifts and Telehandlers If you have the required experience in **construction machinery technical support**, we would like to hear from you.
