Tender / Estimation Engineer

**Job Summary** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tender/Estimation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the tendering process to secure new projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements. * Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions. * Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and technical documents. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Analyze project costs, material requirements, and labor requirements. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with tender requirements. * Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams during the bidding process. * Identify project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions. * Maintain records of estimates, quotations, and tender documentation. * Assist in post-tender negotiations and handover to the project execution team. * Ensure submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. * 2–5 years of experience in tendering and estimation, preferably in the UAE construction industry. * Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender preparation. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and other estimation software. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines. **Benefits** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Employment visa. * Medical insurance. * Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
