Accountant

Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Accountant** to join our finance team in **Dubai**. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations while supporting the organization’s continued growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system. * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries accurately. * Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounting records are updated regularly. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. * Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning activities. * Prepare VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. * Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and supporting documents. * Coordinate with various departments regarding payments, billing, and financial documentation. * Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with company policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and accounting software or ERP systems. * Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements. * Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. **Skills & Competencies:** * Financial reporting and bookkeeping expertise * Strong analytical and numerical abilities * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Time management and organizational skills * Effective communication and teamwork * Professional integrity and confidentiality **Why Join Al Haktur IT Solutions?** At Al Haktur IT Solutions, we value accuracy, innovation, and professional growth.
