Job Duties: * Responsible for managing comprehensive accounting functions. * Ensuring compliance with international financial standards. * Supporting financial reporting across EMS holding. * This role requires someone with a strong understanding of cross-border financial transactions and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Conduct bank and account reconciliations for international subsidiaries and currency accounts. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. * Ensure compliance with international tax laws and financial regulations. * Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit preparation. * Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. * Collaborate with international teams to consolidate financial data and streamline accounting processes. * Implement and improve internal controls and accounting policies. Requirements for the Ideal Candidate: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred. * 3-5 years of accounting experience, with demonstrated international finance exposure. * Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and international tax regulations. * Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). * Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks.
