Accountant

Planworks Communications LLC is a well-established Marketing (BTL)/Advertising Production Company located in Dubai. Formed in 2009, we are a pioneer in advertising and marketing production business. Over this period of time, we have built a strong relationship with our clients through our high-quality works. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as Accountant preferred. You should also be creative, hardworking, ambitious and have a dynamic personality accompanied by the ability to easily build rapport with others. Candidate must, · Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles. · Prepare budget, balance sheet, monthly financial statements. · Conduct month-end and year-end close process. · Collect, analyze and summarize account information. · Develop periodic reports for management. · Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures. · Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups. · Processing and finalizing the monthly transaction checking of monthly payroll to ensure accuracy. · Preparation of Invoices, Receivables & Payables Statements and follow-up of receivables. · Preparation of Bank Reconciliations Statements. · Maintaining Petty Cash of the Organization. · Preparation of supplier’s payments. · Handling various assignments relating to Finance Department. · Preparations of Monthly Financial Reports. · Knowledge on VAT taxations · Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures. · Post-graduation with minimum 5 years of UAE experience on a same role. · **Accounting Software** **VAT Filing** **Records Management (ZOHO BOOKS preferred)** Kindly send your CV with latest photograph to [email protected] with the subject of the position you are applying.
