Activation and New Partnerships Manager

Key Accountabilities * Work with our external partner to review activation and event opportunities on an annual basis * Develop and implement activation & events strategy to suit brand and product needs/requirements * Develop and implement live communication initiatives * Develop and implement real time engagement platforms * Develop and implement commercial and corporate events such as sales roadshows, consumer events etc. * Perform post-event evaluation and reporting * Monitor effectiveness of initiatives including quality, reach and acceptance of messages communicated. Measure the KPIs as specified for each event and ensure the metrics are delivered * Identify and secure partnerships to develop the Tetris application Qualifications: * Minimum Bachelors in in Mass Communications or related field / or equivalent Experience: * Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience of similar role in Digital marketing/ Digital Communication or equivalent * Sound understanding of communication processes, the UAE market and best practices * Proven and demonstrably successful track record of delivering projects on time and on or under budget * Good understanding of technical aspects of web development, analytics, UI/ UX, digital media and social media Skills * Strong negotiation and influencing skills. * Confidence and ability to inspire management at all levels throughout the company * Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written in both Arabic and English * Strong organizational ability and project management skills * Ability to multi-task * Strong ability to communicate at all levels of an organization as well as with external and internal partners and stakeholders * Ability to analyses and prepare post analysis reports linked to KPI’s * Thorough knowledge of UAE culture and protocols * Good Leadership skills and ability to lead a team of resources to achieve the common * Able to meet short deadlines, both internal and external and work based on very pressured work environment * Proactive, Creative problem-solver, focused on solutions * Ability to interact with all levels of management within the company as well as customers and prospects * Strong leadership with a collaborative style of managing & leading; with a focus on team-building & team-work * Delivering Results with a win-win approach Competencies Please provide the level of competency as per the grade: Level **1** for Band 6, Level **2** for Band 5, level **3** for Band 4, level **4** for Band 3. * Think strategically (Level 3 of 5) * Achieve tangible results (Level 3 of 5) * Lead breakthrough change (Level 3 of 5) * Exceed customer expectations (Level 3 of 5) * Nurture, Inspire and Motivate (Level 3 of 5) * Target win-win outcomes (Level 3 of 5)
