The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong industry connections, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel construction and contracting industry. * Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. * Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely project execution. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. * Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records. * Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of sales experience in steel construction, structural steel, fabrication, or contracting. * Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Valid UAE driving license is preferred. * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
