Accountant (**Odoo & QuickBooks Specialist**) **Company:** Toulin Medical Trading LLC **Location:** United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi **Job Type:** Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Accountant with strong expertise in **Odoo ERP** and **QuickBooks**. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of **4 years of accounting experience in the UAE**, possess comprehensive knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations, and be capable of independently managing the company's financial records and reporting. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping. * Manage daily accounting transactions using **Odoo ERP** and **QuickBooks**. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. * Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. * Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax requirements and other applicable financial regulations. * Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts. * Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits. * Process payroll and maintain employee financial records. * Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions. * Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum **4 years of accounting experience in the UAE**. * Strong hands-on experience with **Odoo ERP** and **QuickBooks** (mandatory). Mandatory Requirements * Valid UAE Driving License. * Valid UAE Residency Visa. * Age between **27 and 40 years**. * Currently residing in the UAE. * Immediate joiners will be preferred.
