Agriculture Engineer

Wild Bloom Landscaping is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Agriculture Engineer to support our landscape construction and maintenance operations across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in horticulture, irrigation, soil management, plant health, and sustainable landscaping practices while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise landscape installation, plantation, and maintenance activities at project sites. * Conduct regular site inspections to assess plant health, soil conditions, and irrigation performance. * Prepare and implement landscape maintenance programs, including fertilization, pruning, pest control, and irrigation schedules. * Identify plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. * Ensure proper selection, handling, planting, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, turf, and ornamental plants. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. * Review landscape drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements. * Monitor irrigation systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend improvements for efficient water management. * Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, maintenance activities, and project progress. * Ensure all agricultural and landscaping activities comply with company standards, UAE regulations, and health, safety, and environmental requirements. * Provide technical guidance and training to landscape supervisors and maintenance teams. * Assist in material selection, cost estimation, and procurement of plants, fertilizers, and landscaping materials. * Prepare technical reports, site observations, and recommendations for management and clients. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance landscape quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in landscaping, horticulture, agricultural engineering, or landscape maintenance. * Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant nutrition, soil science, pest and disease management, and landscape maintenance. * Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and technical specifications. * Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. Preferred Competencies * Knowledge of UAE plant species and climatic conditions. * Experience working on commercial, residential, or government landscaping projects. * Strong planning, leadership, and team coordination skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project sites. * Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental best practices. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
