Business Development Manager – E-commerce & Online Sales

About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager – E-commerce & Online Sales** to drive our online business growth across leading marketplaces and digital sales channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing online marketplaces, developing sales strategies, and expanding brand presence on platforms such as Noon, Amazon, and other e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales and expand digital business. * Manage and optimize product listings on Noon, Amazon, and other online marketplaces. * Monitor sales performance, pricing, promotions, and marketplace trends. * Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to maximize online revenue. * Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and digital sales channels. * Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports. * Ensure product content, pricing, and inventory are accurate across all platforms. * Stay updated on marketplace policies and industry best practices. Requirements * Minimum **2 years of experience** in business development or e-commerce management. * Hands-on experience managing **Noon, Amazon, or other online marketplaces**. * Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital sales, and online business growth. * Experience with product listing optimization and online promotions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Ability to work independently and achieve business targets. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail products is an advantage. * Knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace advertising is a plus.
