We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Business Development & Operations Manager** with a strong focus on **business growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding our customer base, and driving sales growth while ensuring smooth operational execution. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Growth * Develop and execute business development strategies to increase company revenue and market presence. * Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, hospitality, real estate, retail, events, weddings, and landscaping sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate repeat business. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships. * Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and industry connections. * Develop proposals, quotations, presentations, and business plans tailored to client requirements. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. * Achieve business development targets and contribute directly to company growth. * Establish strategic partnerships with hotels, event companies, developers, corporate organizations, and other potential business partners. * Represent Garden Ville at meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions. Operations Management * Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer requirements. * Coordinate with internal teams including sales, procurement, logistics, landscaping, floristry, and customer service. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. * Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Monitor team performance, project progress, and operational KPIs. * Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management. * Support the implementation of company strategies and operational improvements. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role**. * Proven track record in generating leads, acquiring clients, and achieving business growth targets. * Experience in the UAE market with strong industry connections is preferred. * Experience in landscaping, hospitality, floristry, luxury retail, events, or related industries is an advantage. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
