Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade

**Job Title:** Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Job Type:** Full-Time **About the Role** We are looking for a skilled **Production Engineer** with strong experience in **aluminum and façade fabrication** to join our UAE team. The role is responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling daily production activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities for aluminum and façade works. * Review shop drawings and ensure production feasibility according to project requirements. * Supervise fabrication processes including cutting, machining, assembling, and finishing of aluminum systems. * Ensure adherence to **UAE quality, safety, and project standards**. * Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth workflow. * Optimize resources (manpower, machines, and materials) to improve productivity and reduce wastage. * Resolve production-related technical issues in coordination with QA/QC and engineering. * Maintain production progress reports, KPIs, and ensure timely delivery. * Support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * **Minimum 4–7 years of UAE experience** in aluminum and façade production. * Strong knowledge of **curtain wall systems, cladding, doors, windows, and glazing works**. * Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings. * Experience with ERP / production planning software is an advantage. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. **Preferred** * Experience with high-rise towers, commercial complexes, and façade mega-projects in UAE. * Knowledge of **UAE building codes, standards, and international façade specifications (ASTM, BS, EN, ISO)**. * UAE Driving License.
