Civil Engineer

Sadia Riaz Technical Services LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced **Civil Engineer** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating civil construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that all works are completed safely, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities. * Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents. * Prepare project schedules, work programmes, and progress reports. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Measure completed work and prepare quantity take-offs. * Prepare RFIs, material submittals, inspection requests, and technical documentation. * Monitor labour, materials, and equipment utilisation. * Assist in project planning, procurement, and cost control. * Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution. * Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other applicable authority requirements. * Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates to management. * Support project handover and close-out documentation. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **3–5 years of UAE experience** in civil construction, maintenance, or infrastructure projects. * Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project planning software (MS Project or Primavera is an advantage). * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. Preferred Skills * BOQ preparation and quantity surveying. * Cost estimation and budgeting. * Site management and project coordination. * Material procurement and vendor coordination. * Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. * Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.
