Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site. * Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. * Coordinate and supervise site supervisors, chargehands, skilled workers, and subcontractors. * Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. * Perform quantity take-offs and verify work quantities for execution and billing purposes. * Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material requests and deliveries to site. * Plan manpower allocation and monitor labor productivity. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, consultant, and project specifications. * Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities. * Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times. * Attend site meetings and provide project updates to management. * Maintain proper site documentation, including material records, inspection requests, and progress reports. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. * 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction projects. * Hands-on experience in **villa, residential, commercial, and building construction**. * Strong knowledge of **Dubai Municipality regulations, construction authority requirements, and UAE building codes**. * Experience in quantity take-offs, site execution, material coordination, and subcontractor management. * Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Valid UAE Driving License is **MANDATORY** Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
