Customer Insights & Data Analyst

About the Role As our Customer Insights & Data Analyst, you will be the translator between raw data and business strategy. You will analyze customer behavior across our CRM, core banking system, and digital channels to uncover segments, predict churn, identify cross-sell opportunities, and build the dashboards that power our decisions. What You'll Do Analyze Customer Behavior: Mine customer data to identify patterns in acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value across retail and corporate segments. Build & Maintain Dashboards: Develop and manage real-time dashboards and reports for leadership, marketing, and product teams using Power BI, Excel, or equivalent tools. Support Segmentation Strategy: Validate and refine the bank's customer segmentation model with data-driven insights; support targeted marketing and product strategies. Partner with MIS & IT: Work closely with the MIS and IT departments to ensure data quality, accessibility, and proper integration across systems. Produce Monthly Intelligence: Deliver monthly customer behavior reports that highlight trends, anomalies, and opportunities for the CMO, Head of Research, and product owners. Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Support the bank's strategic planning with quantitative evidence — from campaign ROI analysis to product performance deep-dives. What You Need 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or customer insights — preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services. Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is highly preferred. Solid understanding of statistical analysis, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling concepts. Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic and English and Kurdish. A detail-oriented, curious mindset with a passion for finding the story behind the numbers.
