Draftsman / AutoCAD - MEP / Swimming Pool

**Responsibilities:** * Have a clear understanding of the drawing requirements for MEP systems, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, water features, and shower. * Coordinate closely with Project Managers (PM) and Project Engineers to fully understand the scope of work, drawing requirements, and timelines before commencing drawing work. * Prepare high-quality shop drawings promptly. * Extract accurate quantities from CAD drawings for the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ). * Develop a weekly drawing schedule, coordinating with PMs on upcoming work, prioritizing tasks to support project management effectively. * Work with Project Engineers/Site Engineers to ensure timely and accurate submission of as-built and shop drawings. **Requirements**: * Must have 3+ years of experience in MEP & swimming pool in UAE. * Should be well-versed with AutoCAD, BIM, Photoshop, Google Sketchup and experience in other softwares will be an added advantage. * Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Drafting.
