E-commerce Marketplace Manager

Beauty Milano is looking for an experienced **E-commerce Marketplace Manager** to lead and supervise our online marketplace team and manage the overall performance of our accounts on Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and other e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the team performs efficiently, marketplace accounts operate smoothly, sales continue to grow, and all listing, pricing, advertising, inventory, and account-related issues are handled correctly. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the e-commerce marketplace team. * Review the team’s daily, weekly, and monthly performance. * Set clear targets, priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines. * Monitor Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and other marketplace accounts. * Oversee both Seller and Vendor accounts. * Review and approve product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product information. * Ensure pricing, promotions, stock, and inventory information are accurate. * Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising spend, profitability, returns, and account health. * Support the team in resolving listing errors, blocked products, compliance cases, account warnings, and operational issues. * Review and optimise Amazon PPC, Noon Ads, and other marketplace advertising campaigns. * Analyse product and brand performance and recommend actions to increase sales. * Identify slow-moving, low-stock, and near-expiry products. * Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, finance, marketing, and management. * Prepare marketplace performance, advertising, and profitability reports. * Train and support team members and improve their working processes. * Monitor competitors, pricing, customer demand, and marketplace trends. * Identify new products, bundles, campaigns, and promotional opportunities. * Research and evaluate new marketplaces in the UAE, GCC, and international markets. * Manage the onboarding and launch process on new online platforms. * Take full responsibility for the growth and performance of the online marketplace department. Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketplace management experience. * Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab. * Experience supervising or managing an e-commerce team. * Strong knowledge of Seller and Vendor account operations. * Practical experience in product listing creation and optimisation. * Strong knowledge of marketplace SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimisation. * Experience managing Amazon PPC, Noon Ads, and marketplace promotions. * Strong understanding of pricing, commissions, fulfilment fees, advertising costs, and product profitability. * Experience handling account health, compliance, blocked listings, and marketplace disputes. * Strong reporting and analytical skills. * Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets knowledge. * Ability to manage inventory, stock forecasting, returns, and fulfilment. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the department. * Experience in cosmetics, skincare, personal care, pharmacy, or beauty retail is strongly preferred. * Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
