Finance Accountant — AL HELAL KITCHENS **Company:** AL HELAL KITCHENS FIX WORKS LLC **Location:** Sharjah, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** AED 4,000–6,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications **Availability:** Immediate joiners preferred About AL HELAL KITCHENS AL HELAL KITCHENS FIX WORKS LLC is a specialized manufacturer of custom-made commercial kitchens and stainless-steel equipment. The company serves restaurants, hotels, villas, central kitchens, and commercial establishments across the UAE. Our operations cover design, sales, procurement, manufacturing, supply, installation, and maintenance. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Finance Accountant who can manage, organize, and improve the company’s accounting and financial operations. The Role We are seeking a Finance Accountant with practical UAE accounting experience who can manage the company’s daily accounting activities, customer and supplier accounts, payroll, VAT, inventory, project costing, and financial reporting. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and coordinate closely with management, sales, procurement, production, warehouse, human resources, installation, and other operational departments. The accountant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using **Al Ameen Accounting Software** and the company’s **ERP system**. This role requires accuracy, accountability, confidentiality, and the ability to identify financial discrepancies, risks, or compliance issues before they become larger problems. Key Responsibilities * Manage and record all daily accounting transactions, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using **Al Ameen Accounting Software** and the company’s **ERP system**. * Record and manage customer accounts, supplier accounts, receipts, payments, expenses, payroll entries, inventory movements, and project costs through the accounting and ERP systems. * Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure all bank balances and transactions are accurately recorded. * Monitor customer accounts, advance payments, outstanding balances, collections, and cheque payments. * Manage supplier accounts, invoices, purchase orders, payment schedules, and supplier statement reconciliations. * Prepare and process monthly payroll and WPS submissions accurately and on time. * Coordinate with the Human Resources department regarding employee advances, deductions, overtime, leave balances, and payroll adjustments. * Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements. * Ensure that all sales and purchase invoices comply with UAE VAT regulations. * Monitor petty cash, company expenses, employee advances, and financial custody accounts. * Ensure that all payments and expenses are supported by proper documentation and approvals. * Record and monitor project expenses and allocate costs to the correct customer, project, or cost centre. * Assist in calculating manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, operating expenses, delivery, and installation costs. * Monitor inventory movements, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products in coordination with the warehouse and production teams. * Support physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock with accounting and ERP records. * Investigate and report any inventory discrepancies. * Generate account statements, reconciliations, financial reports, and management reports from Al Ameen and the ERP system. * Prepare monthly financial reports, including trial balance, profit and loss statements, cash flow summaries, and receivables ageing reports. * Prepare reports covering customers, suppliers, expenses, cash requirements, and upcoming financial obligations. * Track end-of-service benefits, leave provisions, and other employee-related accruals in accordance with UAE Labour Law. * Coordinate with external auditors and ensure that all accounting records and supporting documents are audit-ready. * Maintain a clear and organized filing system for invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, contracts, purchase orders, and account statements. * Support management with budgeting, cost analysis, expense monitoring, cash flow planning, and financial forecasting. * Proactively identify and report financial risks, accounting errors, discrepancies, or compliance gaps. * Maintain strict confidentiality when handling company, customer, supplier, and employee financial information. RequirementsThe following requirements are mandatory: * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of accounting experience. * At least 1 year of practical accounting experience in the UAE. * Practical experience with UAE VAT. * The candidate must have directly participated in, or independently prepared and filed, VAT returns with the UAE Federal Tax Authority. * Fluency in
