IT Assistant Engineer

**Eco View Electro Mechanical Contracting LLC**, based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire an **IT Assistant Engineer** to support the IT Engineer in managing and maintaining the company’s IT systems and equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot computer and printer issues. * Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications. * Monitor and support LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi networks. * Set up user accounts and email accounts and manage access permissions. * Perform regular backups of important files and data. * Coordinate the maintenance of IT equipment and devices. * Maintain updated records of company devices, software, and licences. * Assist in implementing information security and data protection policies. * Support the IT Engineer in completing technical tasks and IT projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field. * Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computers, printers, and networks. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365. * **Familiarity with ADHICS requirements and standards related to information security and data protection.** * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, user access management, and data backup procedures. * Good command of English and strong communication skills. * Good problem-solving and organisational skills. * Previous experience in the UAE will be considered an advantage. * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have the required technical knowledge and a willingness to learn. الراتب المدفوع: AED٣٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر الخبرة: * ADHICS requirements: سنة واحدة (مطلوب) موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
