IT Support Engineer

Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a skilled and proactive **IT Support Engineer** to join our technology team in **Dubai**. This role is ideal for an IT professional who is passionate about troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring uninterrupted business operations. The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees while helping maintain secure, reliable, and efficient technology systems across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues. * Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems through on-site and remote assistance. * Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet services. * Manage user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and system access permissions. * Install software updates, antivirus solutions, and security patches regularly. * Perform system backups and assist with disaster recovery and data protection procedures. * Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and service records. * Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and software licensing. * Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. * Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and printer management. * Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, and backup solutions. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. * Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an advantage. **Skills & Competencies:** * Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking * Excellent communication and customer support skills * Time management and multitasking abilities * Attention to detail and commitment to system reliability * Ability to work independently and collaboratively **Why Join Trustbend Packers & Movers?** At Trustbend Packers & Movers, technology plays a vital role in supporting efficient logistics and business operations.
