**Company:** El Patio Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Short-Term / Project-Based Contract **Job Summary** El Patio Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Land Surveyor** to join our team on a **short-term, project-based contract**. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out land and construction surveys for infrastructure and landscape projects, ensuring accurate setting out, measurements, and compliance with project drawings and specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform land, topographic, and construction surveys for infrastructure and landscape projects. * Carry out setting out and level checks in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. * Verify coordinates, elevations, alignments, and dimensions of construction works. * Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built drawings. * Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related instruments. * Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure survey accuracy. * Monitor construction activities and identify any discrepancies in layout or levels. * Ensure all survey activities comply with project quality standards and safety requirements. * Assist in resolving site-related surveying issues and provide technical support as required. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience as a Land Surveyor in **infrastructure and landscape projects**. * Proficiency in using **Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and surveying software**. * Good understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and survey calculations. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and surveying practices is preferred. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a project team. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package. * Visa sponsorship and medical insurance provided. * Opportunity to work on prestigious infrastructure and landscape projects. **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to send their **CV** to **[email protected]** **Important:** Please mention the position title **“Land Surveyor”** in the subject line of your email.
