MEP Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **MEP Project Manager** to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction projects from planning through handover. The role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, quality, and UAE regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities * Manage complete project execution, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. * Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams. * Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV works. * Monitor project progress, cost, quality, safety, and productivity. * Review drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and method statements. * Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (DEWA, DCD, Dubai Municipality, SEWA, etc.). * Manage procurement, testing & commissioning, snagging, project documentation, and final handover. * Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with contract specifications and HSE standards. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * 8–12 years of MEP construction experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Manager (UAE experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, testing & commissioning, project planning, cost control, and contract administration. * Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. * Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. * **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).** * PMP certification is an advantage.
