MEP Supervisor

**Job Title:** MEP Supervisor **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Salary:** AED 4,000 – AED 4,500 per month **Experience Required:** Minimum 10 years Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MEP Supervisor** to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision experience, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage manpower while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily MEP installation activities on construction sites. * Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works with civil and finishing teams. * Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities. * Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards. * Manage and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and site workers. * Resolve technical issues and coordinate with engineers and consultants. * Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. * Attend site meetings and inspections with clients and consultants. Requirements * Minimum **10 years of experience** as an MEP Supervisor in construction projects. * UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and site coordination. * Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Immediate joiners are highly preferred. **Salary:** AED 4,000 – AED 4,500 per month **Location:** Dubai, UAE Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Experience: * MEP supervisor: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
