Procurement Engineer -Building Construction (MEP & Civil)

Job Vacancy – Procurement Engineer -Building Construction (MEP & Civil) Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Airas Building Contracting LLC We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer with a strong background in MEP and Civil Fit-Out works to join our team. Key Responsibilities * Procure materials, equipment, and subcontract services for MEP and Civil Fit-Out projects. * Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors based on technical and commercial requirements. * Obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms. * Issue purchase orders and monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate with the Estimation, Projects, and Site teams to meet project requirements. * Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and identify new vendors. * Ensure procurement complies with project specifications, approved material submittals, and client requirements. * Monitor material availability and resolve supply-related issues. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in procurement for MEP and Civil Fit-Out projects. * Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, subcontractors, and local market pricing. * Experience in procurement of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, Civil, and Interior Fit-Out materials. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP procurement systems. * Interested candidates are requested to send their CV, expected salary, notice period, and current visa status.
