Project Engineer (Aluminium facade)

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Project Engineer** to join our fast-paced team. You will manage aluminium, glazing, and architectural facade projects from initial design to final handover. The ideal candidate will ensure that all curtain wall and cladding systems are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** · **Project Execution:** Manage day-to-day operations for aluminium, glazing, and facade projects, ensuring all work aligns with approved shop drawings and project specifications. · **Design Coordination:** Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and structural calculations to identify discrepancies before production. · **Production & QA/QC:** Coordinate with factory and production teams to track fabrication progress and enforce strict quality control standards. · **Site Management:** Supervise on-site installation of curtain walls, ACP cladding, and windows, resolving any technical or site coordination issues. · **Stakeholder Communication:** Act as the main point of contact for clients, main contractors, and consultants, attending regular project meetings to provide progress reports. · **Resource Management:** Manage material take-offs, track procurement, and ensure a strong safety culture across all sites. **Qualifications & Requirements:** · Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering. · Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the facade, aluminium, or glazing industry. · Strong technical knowledge of curtain wall systems, structural steel, and architectural cladding. · Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Project management software is a plus). · Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred. · Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills.
