Senior Project Manager

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Senior Project Manager** to lead our aluminium, glazing, and facade division. You will be responsible for overseeing complex commercial and high-rise projects from the initial design phase through to fabrication, on-site installation, and final handover. The ideal candidate ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry quality and safety standards. **Key Duties and Responsibilities** · **Project Planning & Strategy:** Develop comprehensive project execution plans, timelines, and resource allocations covering design, procurement, factory fabrication, and site installation. · **Design & Engineering Coordination:** Lead the design development process, coordinating closely with architects, structural engineers, draftspersons, and production teams to ensure design intent aligns with site realities. · **Budgeting & Cost Control:** Prepare and manage project budgets, BOQs, monitor daily expenditures, and approve invoices to ensure maximum project profitability. · **Supply Chain & Procurement:** Collaborate with procurement and estimation teams to source high-quality aluminium profiles, glass panels, and cladding materials on schedule. · **Factory & Production Oversight:** Liaise with the factory manager to ensure fabrication processes strictly adhere to approved shop drawings, project specifications, and quality controls. · **Site Management & Installation:** Direct on-site installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. · **Risk Management:** Identify potential delays, design clashes, or budget overruns early and implement effective mitigation and recovery plans. · **Client & Stakeholder Relations:** Represent the company in project meetings, providing regular progress updates to clients, main contractors, and internal management. · **Quality & Safety (QA/QC):** Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and quality standards on-site and in the manufacturing facility. **Qualifications & Requirements** · **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management. · **Experience:** Minimum 8–12 years of proven experience in the aluminium and facade/glazing industry (curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding). · **Technical Skills:** Deep understanding of facade systems, fabrication techniques, and interpretation of architectural and structural drawings. · **Management Skills:** Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). · **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage high-level client and consultant relations. · **Local Knowledge:** Proven experience managing high-rise facade projects in the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred.
