**Job Title: Project Manager (Aluminum & Glazing)** **Job Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** with extensive expertise in **Aluminum & Glazing** to oversee and manage the successful execution of high-profile projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have over **8 to 15 years of experience** in project management, including significant experience in the aluminum and glazing industry. This role requires a highly organized, results-driven professional who can manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A **valid UAE driving license** is required due to the nature of the role, which involves regular site visits and client interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Planning & Execution:** Lead the planning, execution, and completion of aluminum and glazing projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * **Leadership & Team Management:** Manage and mentor a team of engineers, subcontractors, and other project staff, ensuring effective collaboration, resource allocation, and motivation to achieve project goals. * **Client Relations & Stakeholder Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. * **Budget & Cost Control:** Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial efficiency. * **Risk Management:** Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the project timeline, cost, or quality. Proactively resolve issues and implement contingency plans when necessary. * **Site Management & Coordination:** Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is performed according to specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. * **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all work meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary. * **Contractor & Supplier Management:** Oversee the procurement process, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services needed for the project. * **Progress Reporting:** Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients, including updates on schedules, budgets, and any potential issues. * **Health & Safety Compliance:** Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring the safety of all personnel on site and adherence to local regulations. **Qualifications & Skills:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. * **Experience:** Minimum of **10+ years of experience** in project management, with at least **8 years** in the aluminum and glazing industry. * **UAE Driving License:** A **valid UAE driving license** is required, as the role involves frequent site visits and client interactions. * **Project Management Expertise:** Strong knowledge of project management principles, with experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. * **Technical Knowledge:** Expertise in aluminum and glazing systems, construction techniques, and material specifications. * **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, manage client expectations, and resolve conflicts effectively. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members. * **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to proactively address challenges and implement solutions. * **Attention to Detail:** High attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues before they impact the project timeline or budget. **Preferred Skills:** * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). * Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with cross-functional departments. * Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE. * Familiarity with industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
