Projects Head (Swimming Pool & Water Features)

**Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage multiple swimming pool, water feature, Jacuzzi, and splash pad projects from planning to handover. * Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and budget control. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities. * Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation. * Plan and manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and machinery. * Monitor project progress and resolve technical and site-related issues. * Implement value engineering and cost-control measures. * Prepare project schedules, weekly progress reports, and client presentations. * Ensure all project documentation and correspondence are properly managed. * Lead and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years in a senior project management or Head of Projects role. * Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Strong knowledge of swimming pool construction, water features, hydraulic systems, and MEP coordination.
