Retail Manager (Perfume and Cosmetics Experience Only)

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Retail Manager** to oversee retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service across assigned stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading store teams, achieving business targets, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the daily operations of assigned retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient business performance. * Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Monitor store performance through sales analysis, KPIs, and productivity reports. * Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Store Managers and retail staff to maximize performance. * Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints. * Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards. * Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across all stores. * Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain optimum stock availability. * Review sales, inventory, and operational reports and provide recommendations for business improvement. * Manage store staffing requirements, employee attendance, scheduling, and performance evaluations. * Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities with the marketing team. * Control operational expenses and ensure cost-effective store management. * Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, security policies, and health & safety regulations. * Collaborate with the HR Department on recruitment, onboarding, training, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement. * Maintain regular communication with Head Office by providing operational updates, reports, and business insights. * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall profitability. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum **5–8 years** of experience in retail operations, with at least **3 years** in a Retail Manager or similar leadership role. * Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. * Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS/ERP systems. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple store operations. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. * **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.** **Key Competencies** * Leadership & Team Management * Retail Operations * Sales & Business Development * Customer Service Excellence * Inventory & Stock Management * Performance Management * Business Analysis & Reporting * Communication & Interpersonal Skills * Problem Solving & Decision Making * Time Management Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
