Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, preparing technical proposals, coordinating with the estimation and design teams, negotiating contracts, and securing interior fit-out and construction projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development * Identify new business opportunities. * Generate leads through networking and site visits. * Meet architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients. * Attend project meetings and client presentations. * Build long-term relationships with clients. Sales * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Present company capabilities. * Follow up on inquiries and quotations. * Negotiate commercial terms. * Close projects. Technical * Review drawings and BOQs. * Conduct site visits and measurements. * Understand client requirements. * Coordinate with the design and estimation teams. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals. Project Coordination * Coordinate with project managers after award. * Attend kick-off meetings. * Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution. * Monitor project progress and client satisfaction. Market Development * Monitor competitors. * Identify new market sectors. * Develop relationships with consultants and PMCs. * Register the company with new clients. RequirementsEducation * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering * Mechanical Engineering * Architecture * Interior Design (preferred) Experience * 3–8 years in UAE Interior Fit-Out * UAE Driving License * Existing client database is highly preferred Technical Skills * BOQ understanding * AutoCAD drawing interpretation * MS Office * CRM software * Construction materials knowledge * Interior finishing knowledge Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
