**Sales Engineer** Job Description We are seeking a results-driven and technical **Sales Engineer** with at least **6 years of experience in the construction sector** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and presenting technical solutions to contractors, consultants, and developers. Key Responsibilities * Identify and secure business opportunities for construction projects, materials, and specialized equipment/services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including main contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and developers. * Deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. * Prepare, submit, and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents. * Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming construction projects across the region. * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Qualifications & Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 6 years of proven sales engineering experience strictly within the **Construction/Building Materials/MEP** field. * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Deep technical understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and industry standards. * Strong network of existing contacts with contractors and consultants in the region. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred/Required). Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
