Senior 3D Visualizer – AI Interior Design & Architecture **Company:** Bygnicon Building Contracting LLC **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-time **Salary:** Up to AED 20,000 per month, depending on experience, portfolio, and AI expertise **Minimum Experience:** 12 years Job Overview Bygnicon Building Contracting LLC is seeking a highly experienced and creative **Senior 3D Visualizer** with a minimum of **12 years of professional experience** in architectural and interior design visualization. This is not a traditional 3D visualization position. The successful candidate must possess **in-depth, practical knowledge of using artificial intelligence within interior design, architecture, concept development, rendering, image enhancement, and post-production workflows**. We are looking for a professional who can combine strong architectural understanding, artistic ability, advanced technical rendering skills, and modern AI technologies to produce premium-quality, photorealistic visuals for luxury interior fit-out and architectural projects. Candidates with extensive experience in **European, Russian, and international luxury interior design styles**, as well as proven experience working on high-end global projects, will be given preference. Key Responsibilities * Produce high-quality, photorealistic interior and architectural renders. * Develop luxury interior concepts, mood visuals, material studies, and presentation images. * Use advanced AI tools for concept development, texturing, lighting, image enhancement, rendering, and post-production. * Integrate AI into professional visualization workflows while maintaining architectural accuracy. * Convert AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp models, design references, and material specifications into detailed 3D visualizations. * Produce multiple design options and visual variations within project deadlines. * Create realistic materials, furniture, lighting, accessories, landscaping, and architectural details. * Produce day and night renders, close-up views, panoramic visuals, and presentation-quality images. * Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, project managers, and site teams. * Implement revisions based on client and management feedback. * Maintain properly organized models, textures, project files, and render outputs. * Research and implement new AI tools relevant to architecture and interior design. * Develop and improve the company’s internal AI-assisted visualization workflow. Mandatory AI Expertise Candidates must demonstrate practical, professional-level experience using AI for architectural and interior design visualization. The candidate must understand how to use AI for: * Interior design concept generation * Architectural visualization * Sketch-to-render development * Image-to-image workflows * Control-based image generation * Photorealistic image enhancement * Material and texture development * Furniture and decorative element generation * Lighting and atmosphere variations * Rendering enhancement and upscaling * Object replacement and controlled image editing * Maintaining consistent materials and furniture across multiple images * Preserving architectural proportions, layouts, and approved design details * Combining traditional 3D rendering with AI-assisted post-production * Training or developing customized AI workflows where required Experience with tools and workflows such as **Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, ControlNet, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative AI, Magnific, Topaz, D5 Render AI**, or equivalent professional AI platforms will be highly valued. Simply generating attractive AI images is not sufficient. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to control AI outputs and maintain consistency with approved layouts, furniture, dimensions, materials, lighting, and architectural details.
