Senior Architect

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Architect located in Dubai. The Sr Architect will be responsible for managing projects, creating architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals, and overseeing the implementation of BIM processes. The Sr Architect must be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments. **Qualifications** * Experience in Architecture * Proficiency in Architectural and Construction Drawings * Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) * Experience preparing and managing BIM-based submittals * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Prepare technical and commercial proposals * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture * Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software * experience dealing with Dubai municipality, Trashees and DDA . * Abu Dhabi Experience appreciated * Must have at least of 7 years post graduate experience, minimum 4 years in Dubai You're certificates must be attested and equalization completed as per regulation. In addition, SOE membership is required Applicants must provide CV, attested certificates, portfolio, list of design software, cover letter specific to the above requiems and portfolio.
