Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced **Site Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior fit-out and finishing works, with the ability to manage and supervise site activities from start to handover while ensuring quality, safety, and project deadlines are met. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage all on-site construction and fit-out activities. * Coordinate and monitor **MEP works** (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) with other trades. * Supervise tile installation, gypsum ceilings, painting, joinery, flooring, waterproofing, and all finishing works. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project milestones. * Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions. * Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Verify material deliveries and ensure proper usage on site. * Assist in project handover, snagging, and close-out activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of **MEP coordination**, tile works, gypsum ceilings, painting, waterproofing, and general finishing works. * Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. * Immediate joiners are preferred. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
