Job Title: Warehouse Storekeeper Reports To: Logistics Supervisor Business Unit: ACCBC – Iraq Function: Sales Location: Erbil Governorate Nationality: Iraqi nationals only Job Purpose To receive, store, issue, and record all goods at the assigned ACCBC Iraq warehouse, ensuring accurate stock records and proper storage standards are maintained at all times. Operating Context The role operates at the distribution center level under the Logistics Supervisor within ACCBC's Iraq commercial operation, carrying out goods receipt, storage, and issuance activities in a warehousing environment that requires accurate stock records, FIFO compliance, and organized storage at all times. All variances, discrepancies, near-expiry items, safety hazards, and facility issues are reported to the Logistics Supervisor – the role does not resolve these independently but is responsible for identifying and escalating them promptly. Key Roles and Responsibilities A. Goods Receipt & Issuance Receive all incoming goods, verify quantities and condition against delivery documentation, and report any discrepancies immediately to the Logistics Supervisor – ensuring all goods receipt records are prepared accurately and completely for every inbound movement. Issue goods to authorized parties only, ensuring all issuances are recorded accurately, properly authorized, and supported by the correct documentation before release. B. Stock Management Maintain physical stock in organized, clean, and correctly labelled storage areas with FIFO rotation applied at all times, and update stock records in the system promptly and accurately for every movement. Carry out regular stock counts and report all variances, near-expiry items, and damaged goods to the Logistics Supervisor without delay, ensuring records reflect the accurate physical position at all times. C. Housekeeping & Compliance Maintain the storeroom in a clean, safe, and organized condition in compliance with ACCBC standards at all times and report any safety hazards or facility issues to the Logistics Supervisor immediately upon identification. Key Performance Indicators Stock Accuracy Stock record accuracy – zero unrecorded movements On-time goods receipt and issuance processing Storage & Compliance Zero storage condition or safety issues at the assigned warehouse Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Diploma or High School certificate with relevant warehouse experience. Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required Minimum Experience 1–3 years in a storekeeper or warehouse role in FMCG or distribution. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of FIFO, stock recording, and basic inventory principles. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Basic computer literacy for stock system updates.
