Talent Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate)

**Company** BSM Property L.L.C. is a growing boutique real estate company specializing in Property Management, Secondary Sales & Leasing, Off-Plan Sales and related real estate services. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to help us attract and retain top-performing real estate professionals. **Position Summary** We are seeking an energetic, proactive and well-connected Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts, with a particular focus on hiring experienced real estate brokers and sales professionals. This is a key strategic position within the Company. The successful candidate will develop recruitment pipelines, identify high-performing brokers in the market, promote BSM as an employer of choice and support the Company's long-term growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Recruit experienced real estate brokers, Team Leaders and sales professionals. * Source candidates through Property Finder, Bayut, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and professional networks. * Proactively headhunt high-performing brokers working for competing agencies. * Build and maintain a database of prospective candidates. * Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews. * Coordinate interviews with Sales Managers and senior management. * Develop and implement recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives. * Organize recruitment events and career networking sessions. * Work closely with Marketing on recruitment advertisements and social media campaigns. * Maintain recruitment reports and hiring statistics. * Assist with onboarding of new employees. * Support HR administration when required. **Requirements** * 2–4 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in Dubai. * Previous recruitment experience within the UAE real estate industry is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of the Dubai employment market. * Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through direct headhunting. * Excellent interviewing and communication skills. * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. * Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Bayt and other recruitment platforms. * Excellent spoken and written English. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. **Preferred Qualifications** * HR experience within the UAE. * PRO experience or familiarity with UAE employment and immigration procedures. * Experience recruiting sales professionals. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Performance-based bonus linked to successful recruitment. * Career growth within a rapidly expanding real estate company. * Professional and supportive working environment. * Modern CRM and recruitment tools. * Opportunity to build and lead the Company's Talent Acquisition function. **Why Join BSM?** At BSM, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
