We combine market intelligence, technology, transparency and exceptional client service to build long-term relationships rather than transactional sales. As we expand internationally, we are establishing dedicated country desks to serve global investors. Our first international expansion is focused on the Chinese market. Position We are looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking leader to establish and grow our China Desk in Dubai. This is not a traditional sales management role. You will be responsible for building an entire business vertical targeting Chinese investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, immigration consultants, investment advisors and international buyers interested in Dubai real estate. You will recruit your own team, develop strategic partnerships and become the face of Keys & Numbers within the Chinese-speaking market. Responsibilities * Build and lead the China Desk from the ground up. * Recruit and manage Mandarin-speaking Property Consultants. * Develop strategic relationships with: * Chinese investors * Family offices * Immigration consultants * Wealth managers * Investment firms * Corporate clients * Referral partners * Build strong WeChat and Xiaohongshu communities. * Develop partnerships both within the UAE and internationally. * Work closely with the Founder to create long-term market strategy. * Deliver monthly revenue targets. * Build a sustainable pipeline of investors rather than relying solely on portals. * Represent Keys & Numbers at exhibitions, networking events and investor roadshows. Requirements Mandatory ✓ Native Mandarin speaker ✓ Fluent English ✓ Minimum 5 years Dubai Real Estate experience ✓ Existing network within Chinese investor community ✓ Strong understanding of Dubai developers ✓ Experience managing teams ✓ Proven transaction history ✓ Strong leadership skills Preferred ✓ Existing Mandarin broker team ✓ WeChat community ownership ✓ Xiaohongshu experience ✓ Chinese corporate relationships ✓ Experience recruiting international brokers What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days: * Recruit minimum 5 Mandarin Property Consultants * Establish China Desk operations * Build strategic referral partnerships * Launch Chinese marketing channels * Deliver first successful transactions Within 12 months: * Build one of Dubai's leading Mandarin-speaking brokerage teams.
