Asst. Safety Officer

**Safety Officer (Construction)** We are seeking a qualified **Safety Officer** to join our construction team in Dubai, UAE. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and project safety requirements. * Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards. * Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) documentation. * Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for site personnel. * Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices. * Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and statutory documentation. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with safety requirements. * Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting operations, work at height, excavation, scaffolding, and confined space entry. * Support emergency preparedness, fire prevention, and evacuation procedures on site.
