Construction Manager – Civil (DM Approved)

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Construction Manager – Civil (DM Approved)** to oversee and manage building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading site operations, coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. The candidate must hold a valid **Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval** and possess a minimum of **8–10 years of total experience**, including **5+ years of UAE experience** in building construction projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from project commencement through completion. * Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. * Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones. * Review construction methodologies, work programs, and resource allocation plans. * Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and project standards. * Lead site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams to achieve project objectives. * Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards. * Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization. * Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and construction challenges. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. * Attend project coordination meetings and prepare progress reports. * Support project close-out activities, snagging, authority inspections, and handover processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * **Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Engineer – Mandatory.** * Minimum **8–10 years of total experience** in building construction projects. * Minimum **5+ years of UAE experience** in construction management and site execution. * Proven experience managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects. * Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE construction standards, and authority approval processes. * Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management software. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities. * Valid UAE Driving License preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** * PMP Certification is an added advantage. * Experience in high-rise building construction projects. * Strong understanding of construction planning, quality management, and project controls. **Key Skills** * Construction Management * Building Construction * Site Execution & Supervision * Project Coordination * Resource Planning * Quality Assurance & Quality Control * Health & Safety Compliance * Risk Management * Cost Control * Team Leadership * Authority Coordination * Progress Monitoring & Reporting **Experience Required:** 8–10 Years Total Experience | 5+ Years UAE Experience **Approval Required:** Dubai Municipality (DM Approved) – Mandatory **Location:** Dubai, UAE Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
