Estimator Engineer – Interior & Fit-Out

We are seeking a skilled **Estimator Engineer** with proven experience in **interior fit-out projects** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project drawings and specifications, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the tendering process for commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities * Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications. * Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out works. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs to prepare competitive bids. * Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams during the estimation process. * Prepare tender submissions and cost proposals within project deadlines. * Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. * Maintain accurate estimation records and cost databases. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation.** * Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, and construction methods. * Experience preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tenders and work under tight deadlines.
