Facade Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a **Facade Estimation Engineer** with **4–6 years of experience** in façade estimation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for aluminium and façade projects while ensuring competitive and timely bids. Key Responsibilities * Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. * Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade and aluminium works, including curtain walls, windows, doors, structural glazing, and cladding. * Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and shop drawings. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare tender submissions and commercial proposals. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the tendering process. * Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. * Ensure all estimates are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * **4–6 years of experience** as a **Facade Estimator**, preferably in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of aluminium and façade systems, including curtain walls, glazing, ACP cladding, windows, and doors. * Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
